Dr. Godbole’s career was marked by distinguished research in high-energy physics, primarily through her tenure at the Centre for High Energy Physics (CHEP) at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru. She joined the institution as an associate professor in 1995, advanced to full professor by 1998, and became an honorary professor upon her retirement in 2021.
Her contributions to both science and gender representation in STEM have left an indelible mark, inspiring the scientific community and future generations.
